NURSING SERVICES HAVE INFLUENCE ON BPJS PATIENT SATISFACTION IN HOSPITAL

Abstract

Nursing service is a very important service for patients who will be hospitalized, so that it becomes the spearhead of service and plays a role in providing patient satisfaction. . The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing services with the satisfaction level of inpatient BPJS patients at Gunung Maria Tomohom Hospital. This research was conducted from January 2023 to March 2023 using a quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling with a total sample of 65 people who are given a questionnaire about nursing services and satisfaction. Data were analyzed by Chi-square test. Result: The hypothesis test shows that the p value = <0.001, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nursing services and BPJS patient satisfaction being hospitalized at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. Conclusion: it can be concluded that nursing services are very important in determining the satisfaction of patients in the inpatient room.
